After testing positive for COVID-19, President of Uruguay Luis Lacalle Pou stated on Twitter on Monday that he would not be able to visit the Summit of the Americas, which will be hosted by the United States, and that he is "cancelled all of his plans for the following days." Lacalle Pou was set to go to America on Tuesday.
