There have been a total of 8 newly documented COV illnesses-Mauritania

The Ministry of Health made an announcement on Wednesday evening in Nouakchott on the registration of eight new cases of coronavirus in the last 24 hours. There were also six instances of recovery, and there were no fatalities reported, which is a thanksgiving to God.

In its daily update on the epidemiological situation, the ministry stated that it had arrived at this conclusion after 930 country-wide tests, which included 811 rapid tests (TDR) and 119 DNA tests (PCR). 

The ministry also highlighted that the number of active cases had surpassed 131, while the number of incidents since the pandemic started had approached 59,220, which include 58,107 and 982 mortalities.
