Reports confirmed that the Lithuanian Prime minister tested "positive" for Covid-19. Her trip to the United States scheduled for this week was postponed by the Prime minister Ingrida Å imonytÄ .
Mrs. Å imonytÄ had a busy schedule in the past few days. She met with the Danish Prime minister and the president of the European Parliament during the Copenhagen Democracy Meeting. She traveled to Rumiks last Saturday to participate in the Day of Mourning and Hope.
Mrs. Å imonytÄ has been fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Three doses of coronavirus were administered to her. She had received her last dose at the beginning of November last year.
The Prime Minister was given three shots by AstraZeneca and one by Pfizer.
