Poland reports 1,800 coronavirus infections and 60 mortalities in May 2022

According to data published by the Health Ministry on Wednesday, Poland had 1,871 positive coronavirus incidents and 60 mortalities between May 19 and 25, 2022.

Since the detection of the index case of SARS-CoV-2 infection in Poland on March 4, 2020, there are now 6,006,298 confirmed cases, and 116,290 mortalities, according to the Polish health ministry.

Also, the data displayed on the government's official website, gov.pl, reveals that Poland has so far delivered 54,456,113 Covid-19 vaccine doses, with 22,484,478 citizens fully vaccinated. A further 11,839,910 have also received a booster jab.
