Health officials in Armenia said that 54 415 persons have gotten coronavirus booster injections.

More than 2,200,000 dosages of the COVID vaccine have already been given in Armenia since the immunization campaign began, the Health Ministry stated Monday.

A total of 1,006,554 individuals, mainly adults, have been vaccinated across the country, according to the government.

People over the age of 18 are being immunized in Armenia with vaccines manufactured by AstraZeneca, Sinopharm, Pfizer, Sputnik-V, Moderna, and CoronaVac. Mid-April brought with it a nationwide vaccination campaign, with health officials putting up vaccination centers outside shopping malls as well as on main avenues in Yerevan.
