This funding will contribute to the significant expansion of Oula Health's clinic network, providing more women with access to essential maternal healthcare services. The company combines the best practices of midwifery and obstetrics to provide personalized, comprehensive care for expectant mothers. Investment and Expansion

The funding round was co-led by Revolution Ventures and Maverick Ventures, with participation from Google Ventures, Chelsea Clinton’s firm Metrodora Ventures, and Female Founders Fund. Oula plans to use this investment to expand its technology-enabled and hybrid care approach beyond New York City to more markets across the United States. This expansion will introduce their unique maternity care approach to a broader audience and further increase access to quality maternity care.

Oula clinic has consistently outperformed NYC benchmarks on patient outcomes and experiences. The clinic has delivered a 26% better C-section rate, a 61% lower preterm birth rate, and a 50% better low birth weight rate compared to the city's benchmarks. These exceptional results demonstrate the effectiveness of Oula's collaborative model of care, which ensures comprehensive support for expectant individuals.

Comprehensive Services

Oula provides a variety of pain management options and fills gaps in early pregnancy and postpartum care. The clinic offers services like group education classes, postpartum office hours, and expanded miscarriage support options. In the coming year, the clinic plans to announce the introduction of preconception coaching visits, further enhancing their comprehensive care approach.

Accessibility and Inclusivity

Oula accepts most major insurances, including Medicaid, ensuring that a diverse patient base can access their services. The clinic currently operates two locations in New York with plans to open a third, and aims to open additional locations in the tri-state area.
