he line is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. all days of the week. 22495671, 22421600, 22495666, 22421745, 22570588, 22514258, 22514264, 22771923, 22514259, are the phone numbers you should dial for assistance.
Contact tracking, unclear results of tests, locations of mobile units, as well as Safepass and self-isolation questions are all topics that operators on the helpline will assist you with.
The ministry of health also stated that the normal Covid-19 helpline, which can be reached at 1474, will remain operational along with the new numbers. The general Covid helpline number will work in tandem with the new ones, including the operational time.
Call 112 or 22887171 if you have serious Covid-19 problems.
