Four vaccines for the most vulnerable in Lithuania
Adults with persistent immunodeficiency or severe immunological dysfunction, including those on immunosuppressants, can get Covid-19 starting Monday.
After 90 days, a second vaccination dose is advised. Family doctors should handle this.
For the fourth treatment, Comirnaty or Spikevax (0.25 ml) is given (or as the third for those with the booster as the second dose).
In fall this year, further groups will be inoculated.
The data and connected investigations will be utilized to discover other vaccination populations. Vaccination targets seniors and other susceptible patients.
Those 12 years of age and older can get their first vaccines online or by phoning a family doctor.
Two-thirds of Lithuanians have been vaccinated. Over 80% of the population is COVID-19-immune.
