New requirements for international visitors have been issued as of July 1st, by the Vanuatu Tourism Office.

In July, visitors to Vanuatu only need to bring a negative Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) if the patient has recently had Covid-19, that must be obtained within 24 hours of departure.

There is no requirement in Vanuatu for arrival testing. In order to ensure the safety of themselves and the people they encounter, tourists are expected to follow basic hygiene precautions and maintain a physical distance.

Other government health facilities may also be included in this category if they are available. If a traveller is found to be infected, they must be quarantined for seven days in a facility approved by the Vanuatu government.
