S. C. Terapia S. A., a subsidiary of Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, has finalized the acquisition of the UractivTM portfolio from Fiterman Pharma in Romania. Sun Pharmaceutical Industries broke the news.
UractivTM offers nutritional supplements such as minerals, vitamins, and adjuvants, as well as cosmetics and medical equipment that promote healthy urinary tract function, as part of its product line.
For more than a decade, Romanian customers have trusted Uractiv, making it the most popular brand in its category. The portfolio, which includes 12 different SKUs, generates around $8.7 million in sales per year. The items are suitable for usage by both adults and children.
