The Russian Ministry of Health confirms 4,188 new cases of COVID-19

According to the Russian operations center for halting the spread of COVID-19, Russia has reported 4,188 instances in the previous 24 hours.

The previous day's average of 1,001 hospitalizations was reduced by 52.5 percent, according to the statement. As a result, the number of patients has decreased by 501.

The number of verified COVID-19 cases in Russia in a single week reached an all-time low at the end of April 2020, according to operational headquarters statistics. This is a new high point for the country.
