In an attempt to help the tourism industry recover from the Covid-19 slump, the government of Japan is taking into consideration, restarting a national travel discount campaign by the end of the June. Bringing back 'Go To Travel' campaign is expected to be a significant step towards reviving the consumer demand. Border control restrictions for foreign tourists is also to be eased by July 10
