The Ministry of Health in Trinidad and Tobago has received three further reports of COVID-19-related deaths (MoH). Two of the elderly victims had numerous comorbidities, while the third only had one. As a result, the total number of fatalities has grown to 3,922.

Diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, kidney disease, neurological disease, and cancer were discovered to be comorbidities in the deceased. In addition, 397 people tested positive for the virus in blood tests taken between May 30 and June 1.

The virus has infected 162,187 people since the outbreak began. Furthermore, nine patients have been released from public health facilities, and 296 instances have been recovered from the general public. 149,355 cases have currently been rehabilitated.

750,465 persons have been tested at both public and private health facilities. Currently, 184 people are in hospitals, while 8,716 are confined to their homes.
