In the last 24hrs, Peru has recorded 242 positive instances of covid-19, as well as one death from the same condition, according to the Department of Health (Minsa).

Seven hospital admissions were also recorded on the last day, as per the Situational Room of Minsa.

Today, there are 738 persons in hospitals with this disease, with 164 of them in the Trauma Unit (ICU) with external breathing.

From the commencement of the epidemic through 10:00 p.m. on June 2, 30,765,183 individuals had their samples processed, with 3,583,403 instances being confirmed and 27,181,780 being negative.
