Travel to and from Moldova to the US during the "moderate" phase of coronavirus requires a negative COVID-19 test within 1 day of travel or proof of recovery in the last 90 days. Travellers before they board a flight to the USA must furnish a negative COVID-19 test result which is done not more than 1 day before the date of travel. For those who have documented recovery history for the last 90 days, it is good enough proof.

In case of a non-US citizen who is also a non-immigrant, (not US national, a US national, a permanent resident, or even travelling on an immigration visa to the USA), they will be required to give proof of full vaccination against coronavirus, before travel to the US from Moldova.

All passengers to the USA will have to provide their contact information to the airlines in question before they get on a plane to the United States.
