Health Minister on Fistula in Niger

The Minister of Health of Niger has issued a plea for the mobilization of resources in order to combat fistula.

On Monday, people all around the globe celebrated International Day for the Elimination of Fistula with the slogan "End fistula now, invest in excellent treatment, and empower communities."

In the capital city of Niamey, the Minister of Public Health and Social Affairs, Dr. Idi Illiassou Mainassara, issued a call for the mobilization of resources in order to eliminate fistula in Niger.
