As a result of being rejected by the existing public service structure, hundreds of scientists who have recently graduated, as well as those who are continuing their education in clinical medicine and community health, are hopeless and have no chance of finding employment in a country where medical professionals are in short supply. 

This is a concern because the United States currently has a medical professional deficit. The Ministry of Health is currently suggesting that the University course be terminated due to an unforeseen change in circumstances. This decision has not been communicated to the personnel in charge of delivering the course at the University.
