Testing

You must present a negative COVID-19 test result obtained no more than one day before departure before boarding a flight to the United States. Applicants must have had COVID-19 recovery documented within the last 90 days. 

Vaccination for Non-U.S. Citizens and Non-U.S. Immigrants

If you are a nonimmigrant (not a US citizen, US national, lawful permanent resident, or visiting on an immigrant visa), you must show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination before flying to the US from another country.

Providing Contact Information

All air passengers must provide contact information to the airlines before boarding flights to the United States.
