More than 140,000 individuals have perished from coronavirus (COVID-19), Iran's Health Ministry said Sunday. 53 new COVID-19 infections were reported in the last 24 hours, with 20 requiring hospitalization

. According to the Iranian Health Ministry, 7,055,493 people have recovered or been discharged from hospitals. 458 COVID-19 patients are in critical care, according to the statement.
