On June 6, 2022, the CDC issued a Level-3-High Risk warning in context of COVID-19 in Saint Kitts and Nevis pertaining to travel and tourism. Therefore, before traveling to this island, make sure you've gotten all doses of the COVID-19 vaccination.

Avoid traveling to Saint Kitt and Nevis in case you have not been vaccinated with all the doses. CDC advises, "If you have to travel, obey the rules and suggestions before the trip, during your stay, and also after having arrived back home."

Between August and October 2021, the US contributed 36,000 COVID-19 vaccine vials to residents of the island for free. This is inclusive of the 36,000 Pfizer Community vaccines.
