Armenia and Qatar have expanded their healthcare cooperation. When Anahit Avanesyan – the Minister of Health of Armenia was in Qatar on official business, she signed an agreement with her counterpart – the Health Minister of Qatar Hanan Mohamed Al Kuwari. 

According to the Armenian Ministry of Health, this agreement would help strengthen ties between Armenian and Qatari medical groups.

 An increasing number of countries are implementing reforms to the healthcare system and promoting medical tourism, as well as attracting mutually beneficial investments in sectors such as public health and pharmacology.
