On Monday, May 30th, 2022, the Caribbean Islands of Antigua and Barbuda reported 90 new cases of Covid-19, as per the laboratory findings of the Ministry of Health, Wellness and Environment. However, rather than being a single-day surge, the rise was spread over four days, beginning on May 27th, when 20 cases were reported. This was followed by 45 cases on May 28th, and eventually 25 cases on May 30th, which took the tally of fresh cases to 90.

The laboratory also processed 191 samples, and pegged the number of recovered cases at 110. Based on these statistics, the tally of lab-confirmed cases currently stands at 8253, in the islands of Antigua and Barbuda. Although none of the cases have been hospitalized so far, there are 167 active cases, which are included in the list.
