A fourth dose of coronavirus vaccination was administered to the most at-risk individuals in Lithuania on Monday, with a booster shot scheduled for the fall.
The vaccine is now available to patients with long-term immunosuppressive conditions or other significant immunodeficiencies.
Elderly and those at high risk of serious illness may be offered a fourth vaccine injection by the government.
The coronavirus vaccine is available to children as old as five years old. Booster shots are available to all 12-year-olds.
Covid-19 vaccinations have previously been administered to over 70% of Lithuanians.
